Refund Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be processed.  
2. Return Conditions
Items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.Please provide your order number  and reason for return.  
3. Return Shipping Cost
For non-defective items (e.g., wrong size, color preference), the buyer covers return shipping fees.  
For defective items  (e.g., damage, wrong item shipped), we will cover return costs and offer a replacement or full refund.  
4. Refund Process
After inspection, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.  The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card/PayPal/Alipay, etc.).  
5. How to Request a Return?

Notes：
Customized products(e.g., engraved items, special sizes) cannot be returned.  
Take photos of the item before returning for dispute resolution.
